The Vehicle Companion Membership is a comprehensive service offering useful tools and services to help you manage your vehicle. Key features include monthly status checks that identify outstanding finance, stolen markers, vehicle valuation, and logbook loan protection. It also provides reminder alerts for tax and MOT expiration, insurance renewal, and servicing reminders. This service ensures you stay informed about upcoming deadlines and protects your vehicle's safety. Membership costs £8.90 per month and begins after your 24-hour vehicle status trial ends. You can cancel the membership at any time by contacting our support team.

How do I close my account or request a refund?
If you cancel within 30 days you are entitled for a refund of the subscription fee(s). To request a refund of your subscription fee please complete the request form here or email [email protected].
